• If the food delivered is in a non-consumable state, refunds will be open to consideration. In such cases, photographic proof of the item may be requested to validate the claim.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or call us at the aforementioned contact number with details of the product and the defect.
