From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'BrackenFord' originated from a humble ambition: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Via Trento, 2. The Rossi family established our pizzeria in 1985, from the outset as a quaint, family-owned business with age-old family recipes.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, mastered pizza crafting on her voyage across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizza chefs in Naples, the birthplace of pizza. Back in the UK, her goal was to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, adhering to traditional methods and selecting premium ingredients.
Starting as a cozy 12-seat restaurant, we have now flourished into a treasured local hub. However, our devotion to the craft and originality stays intact. We continue to employ traditional wood-burning ovens, make our dough from scratch every day, and procure the finest materials we can lay our hands on.
Now, 'BrackenFord' stays under the care of the Rossi family’s second generation who steer our enthusiastic crew. Although we’ve integrated a few contemporary techniques, the core of what we do remains unchanged: producing irresistible, genuine pizza that unites patrons.
